Pinnacle, Inc. is a general contracting firm located in Benton, Kentucky.
The firm was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Kentucky on March 10, 1995.
Pinnacle is an "S" corporation with no other divisions or subsidiaries. The
business location is at 305 Poplar Street, Benton, Kentucky 42025. The area
served by Pinnacle is all of western Kentucky and north-west Tennessee.
Pinnacle takes pride in being a member of the construction industries leading
associations, The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) and The
Associated Builders and Contractors of America (ABC). Pinnacle is a Certified
Professional Constructor (CPC) as certified by the American Institute of
Constructors and an Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC) as certified by the
Associated Builders and Contractors of America. Pinnacle is also a charter
member of the Contractors Health and Safety Excellence (CHASE) partnership
program with Ketnucky's division of Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Pinnacle has experienced a substantial amount of market share growth in the last nine
years. Individual projects range in size up to $9 million with our aggregate totaling

Pinnacle has completed a wide variety of projects for several different type Owners, both
public and private. These projects include: medical offices, hospital facilities, funeral
homes, worship facilities, recreation facilities, banking facilities, warehousing, HUD
multifamily housing, correctional facilities, elementary, high school and college campus
facilities and performing arts facilities. Project delivery methods have included design-
build and competetive bid. Contracting methods have included: Lump Sum, Unit Price, and
Cost-Plus a Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
Pinnacle has built an excellent reputation for working as a team member. We strive to
complete projects on time and within budget. Pinnacle realizes the importance of planning
and scheduling and working as a member of the team with the project Architects, Engineers,
Construction Managers and Owners. Our project managers and superintendents are hands-on
and are responsible for this aspect of the building process.
The management of Pinnacle, Inc. places a strong emphasis on safety and quality control.
Proper training and constant reminders of "Safety First" are key elements of our safety
program. All employees are required to have hard hat head protection and proper eye wear
protection on at all times when they are on the job site. Additionally, all employees are
drug and alcohol tested on a regular basis. This helps ensure a safe environment for all
on a project site. Best practices are followed for project quality control, including
training, pre-installation meetings and supervised installations.
