his project included three separate facilities under one contract.  Phase One consisted of a new Performing Arts Auditorium addition as well as renovation of the existing band room area.  The addition included a new Art Department, Drama Department, and a 900 seat Auditorium with large stage, orchestra pit and control room.  This project was an extensive structural concrete project; including a 40’ high radiused concrete wall.  Phase Two consisted of an Auxiliary Gymnasium addition including 600 seat operable bleachers, 4 locker room areas with offices, equipment storage and a small public lobby with restroom.  Phase Three consisted of an addition to the Football locker room with limited renovation of the existing area and an addition to the weight room with extensive selective demolition of the existing area.
