This project encompasses the construction of a four story student housing facility with ten private rooms, one hundred semi-private rooms and fifteen four bed suites with individual shower and restrooms in each living quarter, and laundry rooms and lounge areas located on each floor.  The building is served by two elevators and is fully sprinkled with fire alarms. 
  The building is constructed of structural steel with light weight concrete decking and reinforced concrete foundations, light gauge trusses, steel deck, standing seam metal roof panels, painted gypsum board assemblies, acoustical ceilings, vinyl flooring, carpet, ceramic tile, brick and cast stone veneer.
