Pinnacle Inc constructed the original Stilley House Assisted Living facility in 1997/1998. In 2007, Stilley House again contracted with Pinnacle Inc to construct an addition and renovation to the original facility. This project consisted of twenty residential apartment additions, an extension to the existing dining area, and a vestibule attached to the south end of the residential wing.
